Role Overview
FabStation is transforming how steel fabricators and modular builders perform quality control using augmented reality. As an SDR, your job is simple: generate qualified sales opportunities that turn into revenue.
You will prospect, engage, and qualify manufacturing companies, identifying real production challenges (rework, inefficiency, QA gaps) and booking high-quality demos for our Account Executives. This role is the foundation for a high-performing sales career.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage net-new manufacturing companies (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify opportunities based on operational pain, fit, and urgency
- Book and manage high-quality demos that convert to pipeline
- Partner with Account Executives to progress deals
- Maintain organized pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
- Continuously improve messaging through coaching and data
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus)
- Competitive, results-driven mindset (you care about hitting targets)
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas
- Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable with rejection
- Organized and able to manage high activity volume
Nice to Have
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience
- Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products
- Languages: English, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Arabic
Compensation
- $60,000-$68,000 OTE
- 60:40 Base:Commission
