Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Cairo, Egypt

Job Overview


We’re looking for a high-performance SDR who knows how to pick up the phone, start conversations, and book qualified meetings with decision-makers across North America (U.S. & Canada).

If you’ve done telesales or appointment setting and can handle real outbound sales pressure—this is built for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads across the U.S. & Canada 

  • Qualify prospects and book high-quality appointments 

  • Engage decision-makers and drive real sales conversations 

  • Consistently hit and exceed KPIs (calls, connects, appointments)


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting 

  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent 

  • Ability to work in EST timezone (night shift in Cairo) 

  • Confident, persuasive, and resilient on calls 

  • Strong listening and objection-handling skills 

  • Tech-savvy; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus 

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

  • Background in B2B sales or lead generation


Success in This Role Looks Like:

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets

  • High conversion rates from calls to booked meetings

  • Strong pipeline contribution to the sales team
