What will you work on?
The Sales Coordinator assists in sales, samples, and presentations. They must work on various aspects of sales: coordinating business plan scheduling, picking and tracking sample requests, and presentation preparation.
How will you create impact?
- Assist in completion of in-store and ecommerce quote sheets/item set up sheets
- Supply images to both sales representatives and retailers
- New account set up and follow up (using Salesforce)
- Handles daily communication with customers, partners and sales representatives
- Work hand-in-hand with sales manager to ensure business plans are executed as scheduled
- Ensure retailers/distributors/sales representatives have all product/marketing information and pricing in order to conduct their business and make product selections
- Ensure customers’ product requirements and timelines are communicated to the internal support team, and are executed correctly
- Manage sample/mock up requests ensuring on-time delivery
What are your skills and experience?
- Experience in Toy industry or equivalent CPG industry
- Proven ability to deliver at a high level to achieve results
- Self-starter, regularly takes initiative to push projects forward to completion Experience with Excel and Power Point
