What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new business through self-sourced leads, supported by company-generated call leads.
- Quote and sell tailored Home and Auto insurance solutions based on each client’s unique needs.
- Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term client relationships
- Underwrite new policies with an eye for risk, pricing accuracy, and coverage alignment.
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
- RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or personal lines
- Proven sales ability with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
