- Sales skills like analysis, objection handling, pitching, and closing
- Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time and work independently in a group environment.
- Customer complaint resolution while managing back-to-back calls
- Proficiency with computers and software applications
- Knowledge of office procedures, policies, and troubleshooting
