What's exciting about the role

As Sales Manager for the Caribbean region, you will be responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line. You will sell company products, solutions and services through indirect sales channels such as distributors, processors, as well as assigned direct accounts. Represent the company in all sales-oriented activities in assigned region. You will manage your territory, customers, and partners effectively. You will report directly to the Head of Central America, Caribbean and Andean

Skills and Experience we desire

Key Responsibilities:

  • New account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue and gross margin quotas.
  • Utilize Salesforce as approved sales tools
  • Generate accurate forecasts and annual plan.
  • Review customer requirements and promote products and services.
  • Coordinate activities with internal resources to support sales and resolve customer issues.
  • Travel required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of payment industry.
  • Experience in developing and hunting new business.
  • Experience  in Salesforce and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Problem solving oriented and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
