We are seeking talented Ruby on Rails Developers to join high-performing product engineering teams delivering scalable and innovative software solutions. The successful candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

We are hiring for:
- Senior Ruby on Rails Backend Developers
- Senior Full-Stack Developers (Ruby on Rails & React)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop and maintain modern user interfaces using React.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business value.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in production and development environments.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and engineering best practices.
- Work effectively within Agile development teams.
- 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a distributed team.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and development tools.
- Experience with React and modern front-end development.
- Experience working with TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based environments and modern DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Experience with Snowflake is considered a strong asset.
- Experience building AI-enabled products or supporting AI-related initiatives is an asset.
- Previous experience acting as a technical leader or mentoring other developers is an asset.
