Lead user experience and product design for complex digital services from concept through production. Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing; translate findings into journey maps, personas, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and service blueprints. Iterate designs using feedback, analytics, and performance metrics while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in agile product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing
interfaces.
- Design the overall functionality of the product in order to
ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with
user-testing.
- Design user interfaces for various projects such as digital
displays, publications, media, and other creative materials as required.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and
iterate the designs.
- Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys,
and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps,
wireframes, mockups and prototypes
General Skills:
- Relevant experience creating GUI designs based on user
interaction and performance
- Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI
designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
- Thorough understanding of the limitations and appropriate
use of web development technologies
- Experience in designing online programs with emphasis in the
emotional aspects of human experience
- Experience conceiving and conducting user research,
interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, user
journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user
experiences
- Experience designing the overall functionality of the
product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in
accordance with user-testing
- Experience designing and delivering wireframes, user
stories, user flows, user journeys, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide
range of devices and interfaces
- Experience facilitating the client's product vision by
researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences
for digital products and optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Experience identifying design problems and devising elegant
solutions
- Experience making strategic design and user-experience
decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
- Experience gathering user feedback to configure existing
interfaces
