Design, develop, test and maintain Siebel-based applications and integrations. Build programming specifications, write code, perform unit testing, troubleshoot, and support implementations/migrations. Develop reports (OBIEE, Power BI), implement Siebel Open UI and integrate with Adobe AEM/J2EE. Collaborate with functional and technical teams and support public sector modules and grants workflows where applicable.
Responsibilities:
Required to translate technical systems specifications into
working, tested applications.
This includes:
- Developing
detailed programming specifications
- Writing
and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and
conducting unit tests.
- Resolves
and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and
operation of software packages, including technical assistance in
implementation, conversion and migrations.

- 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM ,

configuring / developing.
- Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules,

- Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web
Templates.
- Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and
Methods.
- Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above
certification.
- Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model,
Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
- Experience in UI integration (embedding external application
in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
- Experience with configuring Siebel migration application
- Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager
Report Development Skills:
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
- Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and
JavaScript
- Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File
and Mapping files
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize

- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability

- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM,
Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign
Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an
asset
- Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
