The ONE ID Business Support team seeks to procure 1 Business
Analyst. ONE ID is foundational to a wide range of digital health solutions
used by healthcare professionals across Ontario. The contingent resource will
support EHR modernization and ONE ID Change Management and Adoption initiatives
and are required to meet operational demands and support the growing portfolio
of ONE ID initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Operational responsibilities:
- Support ONE ID operational activities including client
support, partner requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level
Agreement timelines.
- Execute IAM (Identity and Access Management) processes
including end-user authentication and authorization.
- Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID
onboarding and adoption.
- Provide input to process improvements and process
documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
- Support testing of new features and client health validation
activities in lower environments.

- Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or
