Senior QA specialist responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for healthcare systems. Designs Playwright automation frameworks and regression suites, performs functional, integration, system, end-to-end, and API testing, validates data integrity, manages defects in Azure DevOps, supports releases and CI/CD integration, and delivers testing metrics, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for CHRIS and HPG initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and regression test suites using Playwright.
- Perform functional, integration, system, end-to-end, and regression testing.
- Validate application functionality, interfaces, APIs, and data integrity across multiple integrated healthcare systems.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective testing solutions.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution using Azure DevOps.
- Support release management activities, deployment validation and smoke testing.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide testing metrics, status reporting, documentation, and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing test automation solutions.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Playwright for UI and end-to-end test automation.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and release support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
