Leads the analysis, design, development, integration, implementation, and support of enterprise IT solutions, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM. Translates business requirements into system designs, configurations, integration flows, and functional specifications. Provides technical leadership across the SDLC, supports production troubleshooting, evaluates technology solutions, coordinates projects, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and coaches junior analysts. Requires strong supply chain process knowledge, D365 configuration and integration expertise, and the ability to work with architects, developers, QA, vendors, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and
coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance
of a diverse range of cost effective I&IT solutions.
- Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT
solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives
ensuring efficiency.

- Leads the development of testing, integration and
implementation of systems solutions into the clients’ applications Guides the
feasibility studies and cost effective analyses of proposed client I&IT
initiatives, ensures all studies and analyses are documented Leads the
technical aspects of projects related to the development and/or acquisition of
a diverse range of client applications through all stages of the Systems
Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- This includes planning, scheduling and estimating resources,
providing technical expertise, co-ordination, monitoring progress and providing
management with project status updates Demonstrated experience gathering
requirements, translating business documents into technical specifications
- Experience leading development/support teams supporting
multi-dimensional and relational databases and their applications for effective
planning, budgeting, strategizing and forecasting procedures
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex
applications utilizing relational and multi-dimensional databases Ability to
provide implementation and post implementation support as required
- Oversees the research and evaluation of the technical
components in the acquisition of software, hardware, technology, systems and
products
- Recommends and directs the measurement and improvement of
tools, techniques, standards and performance criteria to control the quality of
application development initiatives
- Provides coaching and direction to junior analysts
throughout the project, related to the development and/or acquisition of a
diverse range of client applications through all stages of the Systems
Development Life Cycle.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and related business
processes, including Product Information Management, Master Planning,
Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
- Strong understanding of enterprise application environments
and system integration concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed
system-level designs and configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high
attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and
verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to lead solution workshops, facilitate
technical discussions, and align business and technical stakeholders on
solution approaches
- Ability to work effectively in Agile or hybrid delivery
environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid
chart (or similar)
- Ability to support production environments, troubleshoot
issues, and resolve incidents independently
Preferred Requirements:

Must have:
- 5–8
years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a
similar IT role
- Strong
hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM experience with solid functional and system knowledge across areas such as Product
Information Management, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Master Planning, and
ideally WMS. They should be able to discuss actual F&O configuration,
parameters, troubleshooting, and fit-to-standard decisions, not just project
exposure.
- Strong
D365 integration and data experience, particularly integrating
F&O with other enterprise platforms using DMF, Dataverse, Power Platform
and Microsoft integration technologies/patterns. They should understand
end-to-end data flows, interfaces, dependencies, troubleshooting, and how
integration decisions affect the overall solution.
- Senior-level
systems analysis and solution design capability: someone
who can take business requirements and independently translate them into
detailed system designs, integration flows and functional specifications, while
challenging requirements where appropriate and working effectively with
architects, developers, QA, vendors and business teams.
