Provides senior technical leadership for designing, developing, integrating, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT systems. Leads requirements analysis, solution architecture, testing, SDLC delivery, feasibility studies, production support, and system optimization. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 environments, Power Platform tools, data management, system integrations, supply chain processes, and enterprise applications. It also facilitates stakeholder workshops, coordinates project activities, evaluates technology solutions, and coaches junior analysts.

- Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and
coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance
of a diverse range of cost effective I&IT solutions.
- Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT
solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives
ensuring efficiency.

technical aspects of projects related to the development and/or acquisition of
a diverse range of client applications through all stages of the Systems

- This includes planning, scheduling and estimating resources,
providing technical expertise, co-ordination, monitoring progress and providing
management with project status updates Demonstrated experience gathering
requirements, translating business documents into technical specifications
- Experience leading development/support teams supporting
multi-dimensional and relational databases and their applications for effective
planning, budgeting, strategizing and forecasting procedures
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex
applications utilizing relational and multi-dimensional databases Ability to
provide implementation and post implementation support as required
- Oversees the research and evaluation of the technical
components in the acquisition of software, hardware, technology, systems and
products
- Recommends and directs the measurement and improvement of
tools, techniques, standards and performance criteria to control the quality of
application development initiatives
- Provides coaching and direction to junior analysts
throughout the project, related to the development and/or acquisition of a
diverse range of client applications through all stages of the Systems
Development Life Cycle.

Minimum Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and related business
processes, including Product Information Management, Master Planning,
Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
- Strong understanding of enterprise application environments
and system integration concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed
system-level designs and configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high
attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and
verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to lead solution workshops, facilitate
technical discussions, and align business and technical stakeholders on
solution approaches
- Ability to work effectively in Agile or hybrid delivery
environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid
chart (or similar)
- Ability to support production environments, troubleshoot
issues, and resolve incidents independently

Must Haves:
- 5 - 8 years of experience as a systems analyst, functional
consultant, or a similar system-focused role within IT
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
AX/D365FO/C365CM, including system configuration and support.
- Experience working with Data Management Framework (DMF) and
system integrations within D365 environments
- Experience using Power Platform tools, including Power apps,
Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Experience delivering large-scale, business-critical
enterprise applications
Preferred
- Experience supporting or participating in D365 F&O
implementations
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operating
models
- Experience working with eCommerce or related integrated
platforms
