Must haves:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with project management experience supporting electronic health-related projects
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience knowledge of healthcare information systems, pharmacy management systems and / or hospital information systems 
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience with the management of project or program communications including both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills  
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with document management including the application of standards, version-control, and storage.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning and quality management) 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Time management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects

Responsibilities:

The Junior Project Managers will be responsible for onboarding sites to the Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) repository, including management of issues, risks and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time deployment of clients. 

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management; knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body is an asset 
  • Experience working on and delivering multiple projects 
  • Demonstrated project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project, MS Teams etc. 
  • College/University undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent experience desired

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Minimum 4 years experience with project management supporting electronic health-related projects 30 Points
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience knowledge of healthcare information systems, pharmacy management systems and / or hospital information systems 20 Points
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience with the management of project or program communications including both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills 20 Points
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with document management including the application of standards, version-control, and storage 10 Points
  • Knowledge or experience with electronic health workflows and associated business processes within pharmacies, hospitals or health records 10 Points
  • Proven track record working with health care professionals in the field 10 Points
