Assist project managers by coordinating project components, maintaining budgets, reporting progress, managing risks, and supporting AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to project managers and project team, in
coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core
project components.
General Skills
- Experience collaborating with various groups to gather
updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items,
risk management updates, etc.
- Support the development of a comprehensive cyber security
program tailored to the organization's specific needs, risk profile and
regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain cyber security policies, procedures and
guidelines that align with industry best practices and standards.
- Experience working alongside project managers to provide
updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document
deliverables
- Demonstrated experience working in a professional
environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
- Experience developing project status reports and maintaining
and monitoring status reporting logs
- Experience scheduling meetings
- Experience monitoring project document repository and
ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository
- Coordinate enterprise AI enablement initiatives,
including rollout of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered
productivity solutions, by supporting implementation planning, stakeholder
engagement, training coordination, change management activities, adoption
tracking and cross-functional execution across business and technology teams.
Desirable Skills
- Demonstrated excellent project management software skills
and experience e.g. MS Project, Planview, etc.
- Understanding of basic Project Management concepts (e.g.
project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning, cost and quality
management)
