The RTC Registered nurse is responsible for applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills to promote the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards. This position will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to RTC patients through education, nursing assessment, and administration of medication. The RTC Registered Nurse assesses physiological and psychosocial needs, implements nursing interventions, and communicates patient concerns to the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Valid and current Texas RN license
- BLS through American Heart Association
- 5+ years RN experience
- 2+ years ICU and Emergency Department
- Completion annually of 10 CEU's related to Emergency Care
- Able to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, o
xygen administration, and intravenous therapy - Basic Computer Skills
- Experience with EMRs
