AAs a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within the Merchant Services risk strategy team, you will generate insightful analytics and provide recommendations to the business regarding strategy development, implementation, operational controls, and performance monitoring.
Job Responsibilities

  • Apply complex mathematical models, advanced analytical skills to enhance merchant monitoring strategies and mitigate credit risk
  • Solve problems and effective collaboration across business functions to remediate credit, fraud, and reputational risks
  • Attain an in-depth understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers, and resolve issues that create weaknesses in Risk Management processes
  • Conduct periodic review on Risk policies and reports to enhance monitoring and improve execution efficiency
  • Conduct ad hoc analytics and contribute to various projects representing Risk Management
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to integrate risk requirements on future merchant products


Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • MS degree with a minimum of 3 years of quantitative experience in risk management or relevant analytics-focused experience
  • Advanced understanding of SQL, SAS, Snowflake and Tableau
  • Ability to query large amounts of data across systems and transform the raw data into actionable management information
  • Background in statistics, econometric, or other quantitative field required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
