RFI Coordinator

This role is the initial role in the Proposal Management career path. Typically, your days are varied and multi-disciplinary. This role will suit applicants looking for variety, challenges, and growth. Among many tasks, you will be responsible for completing requests for information (RFIs) and developing various persuasive sales documents in word and PowerPoint. You will work alongside all seniority level across PSI.

This is a remote position

Responsibilities:

• Completes assigned requests for information (RFIs) within Business Development.
• Supports proposal managers with RFI and experience sections in proposals.
• Assists BD directors with capability presentations and any requests for information at the pre-proposal stage.
•  Maintains BD knowledge libraries related to PSI services, capabilities, experience.
• Serves as a backup for RFI Manager.

• College or University Degree.
• Prior experience managing RFIs, or similar documentation processes is a plus.
• You have good analytical skills.
• You have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• You’re able to manage multiple assignments under deadline pressure.
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
