Position Overview:

The Revenue Operations Associate will play a vital role in optimizing OfferFit’s GTM operations and empowering teams across marketing, sales, implementation, and customer success. You will work closely with GTM leaders to ensure operational excellence and drive scalable processes that support OfferFit's growth.

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will:

  • Ensure the execution of key processes related to pipeline management, deal closing, services delivery, post-sales portfolio management, and cross-team handoffs
  • Partner with GTM leaders and RevOps teammates to identify and address operational inefficiencies, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other tools in the tech stack
  • Oversee the accurate processing of commission payouts
  • Assist in the timely execution of key legal deliverables to support new deals, expansions, and renewals
  • Track key metrics to measure the performance of GTM initiatives

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required for this position 
  • Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, and industry-related events

The base salary for this position in the United States is $102,000 per year, plus eligibility for an additional bonus of $14,000; Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. For non-US based candidates, base pay and overall compensation packages will be adjusted based on location. Applicants should apply via OfferFit’s internal or external careers site.
