Portless is reinventing e-commerce logistics by letting brands ship directly from the factory floor in Asia to customers worldwide — no sea freight containers, no months-long cash lock-ups in inventory. Ecommerce brands in apparel, beauty, electronics, and home goods use our platform to offer fast delivery at a cost that rivals traditional 3PLs while we handle everything in-between. Our revenue is growing aggressively and this is a great opportunity to get in early at a high-growth company.

Why This Role Matters

You will be the analytical engine for our GTM (Go-to-Market) teams. As the owner of our most critical business dashboards, you will be the architect of visibility for leadership and the source of truth for data-backed decisions across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Your insights will directly influence our most important strategic choices—from pricing and deal structuring to campaign investments and customer adoption strategies. By proactively diagnosing the funnel and identifying both risks and opportunities, you will be a key catalyst for sustainable revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the core GTM dashboards in Metabase, ensuring they serve as the single source of truth for leadership visibility and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into funnel performance, customer adoption, campaign ROI, and partnership efficacy to proactively surface risks and opportunities.
  • Partner directly with leaders in Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships to answer critical business questions, influence strategy, and track initiative success.
  • Model and analyze key strategic initiatives, such as pricing changes, go-to-market initiatives, deal sizing matrices, and investment priorities, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Build and maintain robust data models and pipelines in BigQuery using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for analysis.
  • Support ad-hoc analytical needs across the organization, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Strategy & Operations role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards in modern BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar), with a portfolio or examples of work that drove business decisions. Experience working with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • A keen business acumen with the ability to translate data into a compelling narrative for GTM leaders, influencing strategies on pricing, funnel optimization, and customer adoption.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple departments.

Nice to Have

  • An excitement to solve new challenges
  • Knowledge of logistics, marketplaces, or usage-based business models.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment where processes and data models are being built and scaled.
  • Previous experience in analyst capacity outside of revenue
