- Facilitate partnerships billing & operational requirements, sourcing the necessary data to run accurate billing in a timely manner
- Manage onboarding of new enterprise customers, completing new vendor questionnaires, providing requested documentation
- Manage and maintain customers’ procurement software administration, uploading new invoices, tracking POs, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Growth, Customer Experience) to establish processes for accurate and efficient billing operations
- Troubleshoot billing issues encountered and any discrepancies identified
- Assist with the ongoing billing software implementation project with regard to data accuracy and migration, customization of workflows and automation of monthly processes/procedures and post-migration system testing/QA
- Manage the day-to-day collections operations
- Support timely and accurate month-end close processes
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive billing and/or accounting experience
- Working knowledge and practical understanding of US GAAP principles
- Resourcefulness, detail-oriented and a motivation for solving problems and finding solutions
- Curiosity and a willingness to explore and identify efficiencies and process improvements
- Excellent communication skills, as frequent interaction with both internal and external stakeholders will be required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
The cash compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000.
