Position Summary:


Cority is looking for a Revenue Onboarding & Training Manager to join its Revenue Operations team and oversee the employee onboarding programs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that the entire Revenue organization, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, is properly set up for success from a new hires 1st day.


The Revenue Onboarding & Training Manager will support interdepartmental communications related to new hires and the onboarding process, coordination of revenue team onboarding plans and execution, and the continuous improvement of our current programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Onboarding Coordination:
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams (HR, IT, Product, Revenue Org sub-departments) to develop onboarding plans
  • Support Sales Execution VP, with detailed planning, documentation, and LMS experiences for new hires onboarding journey
  • Coordinate all ILT (instructor led training), LMS, and introductory sessions
  • Evaluate effectiveness of internal operational workflow and assess needs for the different revenue teams
  • Onboarding Programs:
  • Enhance and design learning experiences in our LMS and intranet to decrease ramp time and increase onboarding effectiveness
  • Conduct ILT’s and routine check ins with new hires and their managers throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage the onboarding process as the primary person to assist new hires and managers through their first 90 days
  • Communicate assignments, deadlines, and next steps to new hires and cross functional teams supporting the program
  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify gaps in our current enablement programs and propose solutions
  • Create new e-learning, documentation, or resources to support onboarding and post- onboarding critical success factors
  • Execute enablement projects and support overarching team initiatives through ILT’s, resource creation, LMS administration, and e-learning authoring

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • University or College Degree in Education, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of Enablement, Learning and Development, or Onboarding experience
  • LMS Administration experience (Docebo preferred)
  • Experience working with tech stack such as:
  • o Contribution & maintenance of a company intranet (SharePoint, Highspot or similar)
  • o Task & Project Management (Asana preferred)
  • o CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • o Video editing or E-Authoring experience is an asset (Articulate preferred)
