To be considered, candidates must:

  • Be between 18 and 28 years old at the time of application/registration.
  • Be a Citizen of France or a singular eligible European Economic Area country. Dual citizenship candidates are not eligible for the program.
  • Be in compliance with applicable national service obligations.
  • Be eligible for the V.I.E. program and applicable Canadian Visa, IEC, International Experience Canada.
  • Be available to start in August/September/October 2026 and complete at least 12-months with potential for 24-month assignment.
  • Be willing to relocate to Toronto, Canada.
  • Be available to work on-site 5 days per week.

What you will do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we drive profitable growth across the business. You will:

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to deliver insights that optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Support trade spends management activities, including accruals, month-end and year-end processes, and responding to trade spend inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Support both pre- and post-event analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and promotional decisions.
  • Apply advanced analytics and modeling (including price elasticity) to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.  
  • Support annual pricing strategies and contribute to building a strong, profitable product mix.
  • Support responses to market changes, including competitor pricing, mark-ups, and excise impacts.
  • Help build and evolve tools, processes, and reporting (including Post Event Analysis and pricing SOPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of pricing changes.
  • Support ongoing data transformation initiatives and help maximize the use of RGM digital tools.
  • Continuously improve processes and uncover new ways to generate actionable insights.

What you bring

  • A strong foundation in business and financial acumen, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience using data and modeling to solve problems and support decision-making.
  • High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Confidence in communicating insights clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a drive to make an impact.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Power Bi, PowerPoint and Word.

Your experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or a similar discipline.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management or within a CPG environment.
  • Exposure to pricing analytics, machine learning, or advanced data tools.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Essbase, Hyperion, or Oracle.
