Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and growth-focused French-speaker Social Media & Community Growth Manager to build and engage our online community, grow our following, and convert engagement into bookings. This role will also involve identifying and managing influencer partnerships and content creators to amplify our reach and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

  • Post high-quality, engaging content (stories, reels, videos, posts, user-generated content)

  • Grow our follower base with a clear goal of turning engagement into bookings

  • Monitor analytics and optimize content for reach and conversion

Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and interactive content (polls, Q&As, etc.)

  • Build and manage a community of past and prospective guests, digital nomads, and travel enthusiasts

  • Create and moderate WhatsApp or Facebook groups if needed

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

  • Identify and outreach to influencers, travel bloggers, and content creators

  • Coordinate barter or paid collaborations to showcase our properties

  • Track and analyze ROI of influencer campaigns

Brand Voice & Identity

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across platforms

  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, giveaways, and co-branded promotions

  • Align all messaging with Flex Living’s brand values: modern, human, flexible, and premium

Requirements
  • Strong aesthetic and understanding of visual storytelling

  • Excellent written communication skills (English & French)

  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Later, or Buffer

  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset
