Votre expertise sera essentielle dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de test complètes, l'exécution de plans de test rigoureux et la collaboration étroite avec des équipes multifonctionnelles pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes logiciels.

  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de test avancées pour des systèmes IA à commande vocale.

  • Optimiser les méthodologies de tests automatisés pour des produits de pointe, en garantissant leur fiabilité et performance.

  • Collaborer transversalement pour aligner les objectifs de qualité avec les équipes de développement et de gestion de produit.

  • Concevoir des cas de test complets pour assurer une couverture de test approfondie.

  • Effectuer des évaluations des risques et prioriser stratégiquement les efforts de test.

  • Réaliser des tests de performance pour évaluer la réactivité et la stabilité des logiciels.

  • Travailler efficacement dans un environnement Agile, en participant à la planification, aux revues et aux rétrospectives des sprints.

  • Superviser les tests de régression afin de garantir que les nouvelles fonctionnalités n'affectent pas les fonctionnalités existantes.

  • Établir et maintenir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour l'efficacité des processus de test.

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'automatisation des tests, en garantissant l'évolutivité et la reproductibilité des cas de test.

  • Rester informé des réglementations spécifiques à l'industrie, en assurant la conformité aux normes en vigueur.

  • Agir en tant que mentor, favorisant une culture de partage des connaissances et de développement des compétences au sein de l'équipe QA.

Votre profil

  • Baccalauréat en informatique ou domaine connexe.

  • Minimum 8 années d'expérience pertinente.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, résolution de problèmes et d’organisation.

  • Solides compétences en documentation pour capturer et communiquer les processus, méthodologies et résultats des tests.

  • Maîtrise de l'automatisation des interactions GUI, avec un focus sur les flux de travail pour des technologies de pointe.

  • Expertise en développement logiciel, y compris la maîtrise du scripting en Python ; une connaissance approfondie du codage est un atout.

  • Familiarité avec les modèles de langage étendu (LLMs) et/ou les technologies de traitement du langage naturel (NLP).

  • Maîtrise des outils couramment utilisés dans le cycle de développement logiciel, tels que les systèmes de contrôle de version, les systèmes de suivi des problèmes et les pipelines d'intégration continue / déploiement continu (CI/CD).

Join our dynamic team at Cerence as a Senior QA Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge AI-powered technologies. In this role, you will lead a team of talented quality assurance professionals, driving excellence in testing processes and methodologies. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, conducting rigorous test plans, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.

But that's not all! As a Cerence team member, you'll also:

  • Develop and execute advanced test strategies for voice-enabled AI systems.

  • Optimize automated testing methodologies for cutting-edge products, ensuring reliability and performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality goals with development and product management.

  • Design comprehensive test cases for thorough testing coverage.

  • Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts strategically.

  • Perform performance testing to evaluate software responsiveness and stability.

  • Work effectively in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Oversee regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionalities.

  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing process effectiveness.

  • Design and implement test automation initiatives, ensuring scalability and repeatability of test cases.

  • Stay informed about industry-specific regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

  • Act as a mentor, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within the QA team.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong documentation skills to capture and communicate testing processes, methodologies, and results.

  • Proficient in automating GUI interactions, focusing on testing workflows for state-of-the-art technology.

  • Possessing software development expertise, including Python scripting; deeper coding knowledge is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies.

  • Proficiency with tools commonly used in the software development life cycle, such as version control systems, issue tracking systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations (ISO 26262, ASPICE) is an advantage.
