About the team:

Founded in 2012, the Noah’s Ark lab has evolved into a prominent research organization with notable achievements in academia and industry. The lab’s mission focuses on advancing artificial intelligence and related fields to benefit the company and society. Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving.

About the job:

  • Design, develop and test software to tackle meaningful technical problems through software analytics research, source code mining, software analysis and manipulation, software reverse engineering and migration etc.

  • Collaborate with the most innovative product development team in the world and transfer your ideas into solutions for the next generation of Huawei products.

  • Conduct rapid prototyping with a collaborative team of engineers by code transformation and delivering just-in-time solutions to enhance the core competitiveness of Huawei's related products.

The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $127,000 to $225,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

About the ideal candidate:

  • PhD or MS Degree in computer science or related fields with a focus on computer vision and machine learning.

  • Papers at relevant conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, IJCAI, etc.

  • In-depth hands-on experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc. and a track record of translating ideas into research prototypes quickly.

  • Working or internship experience at industry research labs or technology companies a plus.

  • A true team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, proven success in working within a globalized multi-culture organization.
