Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital (video and/ telephone) counselling services for the TELUS health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Saskatchewan.Here's How:
- Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.
- Utilize a strength-based approach to empower clients throughout the change process.
- Address a variety of issues including risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety.
- Deliver exceptional clinical services while embracing the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning.
- Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model.
- Effectively manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans.
What you bring:
- Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
- Registration with Professional College or Association;
- Clinical competency in solution-focused, short-term therapy approaches
- Proven ability to assess and manage high-risk clinical situations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload
- Comfort with digital service delivery, Experience or strong aptitude for building therapeutic rapport via video and telephone
- Reliable home office setup: Private, confidential workspace
