Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital (video and/ telephone) counselling services for the TELUS health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Saskatchewan.

  • Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.
  • Utilize a strength-based approach to empower clients throughout the change process.
  • Address a variety of issues including risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety.
  • Deliver exceptional clinical services while embracing the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning.
  • Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model.
  • Effectively manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans.

What you bring:

  • Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
  • Registration with Professional College or Association;  
  • Clinical competency in solution-focused, short-term therapy approaches
  • Proven ability to assess and manage high-risk clinical situations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload
  • Comfort with digital service delivery, Experience or strong aptitude for building therapeutic rapport via video and telephone
  • Reliable home office setup: Private, confidential workspace
