Senior Relationship Manager

What does a great Senior Relationship Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Fiserv, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction. You will have your own book of business, consisting of client relationships valued at over $50M in annual processing revenue. Your primary focus will be on retention and expansion strategy, working closely with enterprise clients to understand their needs and provide solutions from Fiserv's offerings.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain detailed working knowledge of the assigned accounts- key business drivers, business model and competitive landscape
  • Anticipate needs by proactively gauging client requirements, responding to requests, preparing proposals and developing solutions from Fiserv’s offerings
  • Develop and maintain solid business relationships with various decision-makers and influencers at all levels at each assigned account
  • Engage Fiserv business owners to review monthly performance data, implementing remedial actions when necessary to control and eliminate Fiserv and client liability
  • Negotiate contracts as client contracts near expiry
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and ensure clients understand our value proposition and how they can succeed with Fiserv

What you need to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with and presenting to C-level executives
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a large portfolio with a high net worth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time

What would be great to have:

  • Knowledge of the Canadian payments space
  • Experience in driving revenue growth through incremental sales
  • Experience in negotiating large enterprise contracts
