We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales efforts in British Columbia and Saskatchewan. This position is based in Vancouver, and surrounding areas, and requires travel within the designated territory.
Our RSMs, are instrumental in promoting and supporting the sales and education of Axis products, solutions, and services. They build positive, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers and become experts at helping customers realize value from their security investments. They engage our channel partner ecosystem—including integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users—to provide expert knowledge on our network cameras, analytics, access control, intercoms, IP audio, and video management software.

What You’ll Do Here…

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers.

  • Understand customer business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.

  • Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.

  • Leverage the Axis Experience Centre (AEC) to deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.

  • Promote the benefits of Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.

  • Work closely with Technology Partners to deliver customized solutions.

  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, participate in educational events, and share insights internally.

  • Prepare sales reports detailing new and ongoing projects.

  • Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.

What We Are Looking For …

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; or relevant work experience such as electronic trade training.

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Valued, but not required...

  • Previous experience in channel management, technology, security, or related industry background.

  • Strong technical background with experience in cameras, and computer networks preferred.  

  • Design application capabilities

  • Axis Certified Professional

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is $120-135K OTE (70%=Base and 30%=Commission). Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
