How you will make an impact

As a Regional Sales Manager, supporting Central Ontario( GTA) , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading, developing, and coaching our medical sales team to cultivate their skills and drive exceptional performance, fostering both individual growth and overall team success.
  • Coordinating field sales efforts with sales and marketing strategies to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach in targeting and engaging customers effectively.
  • Managing budgets, spending, and sales territories to optimize financial performance and achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborating with marketing, clinical and distribution to facilitate team alignment.
  • Willingness to work the team in the field and 40%-50% of the time to enhance operational synergy and broaden market engagement.

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in medical sales, in a private, public, government or military environment.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in medical sales  

AND

  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience selling in the medical industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and consultative skills, with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
  • Strong business acumen with clear understanding of healthcare sales & marketing processes
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)

Work location:

  • Remote - candidate should reside within the greater Toronto area

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic

Relocation Assistance: Not Authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
