The Regional On Premise Manager (ROPM) is responsible for the On Premise development of the brand in the province of Ontario. Achieved by leading all seven (7) On Premise Managers (Musketeers/Scouts) effectively and managing and optimizing the available resources to achieve Business Plan objectives. The ROPM trains and develops the Musketeers permanently to secure a high performing team and works closely with the Distribution Partners to continuously optimize the route to market. 

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture. Creation of “kindred spirits” while being a brand ambassador in front of the Musketeers and the On Premise network.  
  • Monitor image standard within the Musketeer team regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.  
  • Manage territory and team to drive horizontal and vertical growth by putting the national On Premise strategy into practice.  
  • Permanently search for new business opportunities, continuously optimizing route planning to secure perfect outlet coverage in all respective areas.  
  • Engage with customers in a professional Red Bull manner to build and strengthen successful business relationships whilst continuing to seek other influential On Premise relationships.  
  • Develop and implement incentives and activities for key customers.  
  • Allocate resources to achieve the highest growth plan in the region while improving profitability.

 

TEAM FUNCTIONS & DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and continuously develop their regional business plan while securing the implementation and execution of plan within the region.  
  • Ensure short- and long-term strategies and activities are consistent with national priorities of Red Bull Canada and identify regional opportunities through analyzing market trends and account specific data to understand key business drivers.  
  • Communicate strategies to team in an effective manner and demonstrate belief and conviction in plans.  
  • Responsible for conducting training sessions with the team towards desired outcome. 
  • Coach, lead and train Musketeers on observed job-based strengths and opportunities.  
  • Spend a minimum of three (3) days per week in the field with their Musketeers.  
  • Develop individual Musketeer targets to ensure regional KPI achievement and drive a high-performance culture.  
  • Continuously seek out and engage potential qualified candidates that best fit the Musketeer profile. 
  • Screen applicants and effectively assess future candidates leveraging the company resources.  

Qualifications

  • Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in "the scene".  
  • Minimum of three (3) years sales experience with a strong history of success.  
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Management Experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate successfully. 
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills in English and French.  
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset.  
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  • Fully understands and embraces the musketeer profile.  
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset.  
  • This role requires regular travel; candidates must hold a valid, full driver’s license

EDUCATION (IF APPLICABLE) REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset.

Additional Information

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $103,700 to $105,200. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.
