Job Description:
KEV Group is looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting into the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns for specific territories across North America to support our growth strategy. In this role you will manage, execute, monitor, and report on both outbound and inbound marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive new logo and expansion sales that meet or exceed demand generation and acquisition targets for your assigned territories.
This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the regional Sales and Account Management teams, as well as other Marketing team members. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B SaaS marketing and has a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment that emphasizes ownership of campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to continually improve.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate extensively with Sales and Account Management teams to develop and execute on the regional marketing strategy
- Monitor targets for lead generation campaigns and adjust plans as needed
- Own all virtual and in-person events at all stages from planning to execution to ensure professional, consistent delivery of events on time and error-free
- Execute marketing activities from state annual sponsorships
- Coordinate the delivery & tracking of communications and campaigns for prospects and expansion sales
- Own and coordinate the timely completion and submission of RFPs
- Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required in a timely and professional manner
Skills and Experience:
- University Degree or College Diploma in marketing is required
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally supporting regional marketing efforts
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams), Salesforce and project management tools such as Monday.com
- A pragmatic, detail-oriented self-starter who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a multi-tasking, time-sensitive environment
- Growth mindset - enthusiasm for challenges and work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and prioritize highest impact initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
