In addition to regulatory filing services, Newsfile provides press release distribution, webcasting, and other investor relations tools, positioning itself as a comprehensive solution with global reach for companies’ communication and compliance needs.
The Regional Head of Sales will drive revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering customized solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.
Key Accountabilities:

Proactively generate new business opportunities by targeting companies, investor relations teams, and communications professionals.

Understand companies' disclosure, investor relations, and public relations needs and offer tailored services to meet those needs.

Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase revenue.

Conducted customer-specific product demonstrations and proposals for prospective clients, showcasing the value of our services.

Create and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts in alignment with company goals.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to position Newsfile as a leader.
Must haves:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in financial services, public relations, newswire services, or a related industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively

Strong ability to understand client needs and offer consultative solutions that deliver value

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and as a team player, manage multiple priorities, and proactively seek new business opportunities

Ability to generate pipeline directly (A proven sales hunter and closer)

Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, your co-workers, and the company

Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Maximizer) and digital communication platforms
Nice to haves:

Familiarity with public company disclosure requirements, financial markets, and investor relations practices is a strong plus
