What You Will Do to Change Lives 

The Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) is responsible for ensuring that programs receive high quality performance of business office functions. The RBOM has an indirect supervisory relationship to the Business Office Managers and Office Coordinators. The RBOM partners with the Program Administrators in providing support and training to business office personnel around oversight, monitoring, and compliance of financial policies and procedures. The RBOM provides support both on-site and remotely to all assigned programs. 

Shifts Available: 

This position is not based out of a single office location. Candidates may reside anywhere within the Los Angeles, Central Coast, or Kern County regions and are expected to travel regularly to assigned programs for on-site support, training, and auditing.

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $78,235.65 - $87,431.29. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with at least one academic year of accounting units.
  • Five (5) years of related experience, preferably in business office, accounting, or financial operations, including experience with accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, journal entries, financial statement review, accruals, cost transfers, and use of accounting or billing systems such as QuickBooks.
  • The ability to function independently, work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, and maintain confidentiality of materials and information.
  • Experience delivering onboarding, procedural, or policy-based training to staff, with the ability to adapt content for various roles and learning styles.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time, and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Applicants are expected to live within or in close proximity to their designated region.
  • There will be travel throughout the region in order to perform required duties (amount will vary depending on size of region). Applicant must be fingerprinted, sign under penalty of perjury that there has been no conviction of any crime, other than minor traffic offenses and receive clearance from the Department of Justice.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver. 
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
