Position Summary

Are you passionate about financial analysis, modeling, and strategic partnership with operations? This role is for you. As a Regional Finance Manager, you will act as the CFO of your region, supporting operations in making informed financial decisions. You will be responsible for monthly financial close, forecasting and budgeting, and building financial models (CAT) for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to regional operations leadership.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including journal entries and performance reporting.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting for assigned locations.
  • Build and maintain financial models (CAT) for contract bids and new business, ensuring sound financial assumptions.
  • Support contract analysis, pricing, and validation of financial performance metrics.
  • Train and support location managers on financial tools and processes.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Analyze fleet systems and capital requests, including periodic physical audits.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects, providing insights to regional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, macros, complex formulas).
  • Proven ability to partner with operations teams and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in a multi-site environment is an asset.

Salary - $120,000 CAD - $125,000 CAD
