This is a remote position.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to help us find and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, and professional networks) to find and engage qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build a Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions.
  • Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain Recruitment Data: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve processes and report results to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
