About the Role

As our Recruiting Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent team. In this role you will drive the end-to-end candidate experience at Labelbox, partnering across the organization with leadership, hiring managers, and recruiters. This role will give you exposure to the many aspects of Talent Acquisition, including scheduling and coordination, candidate experience, employer branding, and more. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in this role, enhancing our recruiting processes and contributing to the growth of the company.

Your Day to Day

  • Partner closely with the Talent team and hiring managers to understand each role and help guide candidates through the interview process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling, and coordinating of interviews
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain ATS integrity to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer
  • Assist recruiting team with ongoing projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
  • Oversee our training programs for Interviewers and Hiring Managers
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to refine hiring processes and ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media management, job board postings, and company event coordination
  • Assist with special projects, such as talent development programs, compensation analysis, and workforce planning.

About You

  • 2+ years recruiting operations, or coordinator experience in a fast paced startup environment
  • You take initiative, anticipate needs, and can work independently to solve problems or enhance processes without being micromanaged.
  • You thrive in managing multiple tasks, keeping track of details, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • You’re a team player and a creative problem solver who can work effectively across departments, providing support where needed
  • You have the ability to quickly understand new systems, processes, and tools, adapting to changes and integrating new knowledge efficiently.
  • Strong relationship building with a focus on customer service
  • Experience supporting remote recruiters and hiring teams
  • Experience working with Greenhouse 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Labelbox strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently.  The expected hourly rate range for United States-based candidates is below. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

Pay Range (rate per hour)

$35$50 USD

Excel in a remote-friendly hybrid model.
