We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 12 month contract to start. As a key member of OneVest, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our rapidly growing company. We’re seeking someone who’s eager to own full-cycle recruitment, and work alongside our hiring team in developing our recruitment processes. You’ll also help refine our hiring processes, ensuring efficiency, equity, and the adoption of best practices across our organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leverage data, analytics, and cutting-edge recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and growth objectives
- Implement hiring processes, adopting industry best standards to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for all roles across all levels within the organization.
- Provide leadership and hiring managers with insights on industry benchmarks related to roles, titles, and salaries, supporting well-informed hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Serve as an external representative of OneVest's tech and GTM teams, sharing our mission and values with prospective candidates.
- Foster an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Negotiate offers to manage candidate expectations and secure top talent.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years experience in GTM recruiting, in an agency and startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of roles across the business, with the ability to assess candidate fit and skill alignment.
- Experience in improving and scaling hiring processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct industry benchmarking and provide strategic hiring insights.
- Passion for financial technology and interest in contributing to OneVest’s mission.
