  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, especially in areas like email security, phishing, malware detection, and incident response.
    • Experience with AI-based content creation tools (e.g., GPT-based models, automated documentation platforms) to improve efficiency and consistency in technical writing.
    • Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts (cyber threats, security policies, etc.) in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and version control tools like Git.
    • Basic understanding of cybersecurity standards, regulations, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
    • Knowledge of technical frameworks like REST APIs and some exposure to scripting or programming languages (HTML, Python) is a plus.
