Are you ready to turn complex quotes into powerful solutions? Hastings Deering is searching for a Service Quotation Specialist (Quoting Officer) to be part of our high-performing, award-winning team. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Service Quotation Specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end quoting for component and machine rebuilds and overhauls. Your day will include:

  • Creating, analysing, pricing, and delivering accurate and customised quotes

  • Using your technical expertise to interpret customer needs

  • Managing Work In Progress (WIP) and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders

  • Supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with:

  • Relevant experience in quoting for machine/component rebuild services

  • Sound knowledge of CAT machinery and rebuild practices

  • Mechanical trade qualification (ideal)

  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
