Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking Quality Engineers at multiple levels to support the delivery of high‑quality, compliant software across our clinical technology platforms. This evergreen posting is designed to build long‑term connections with professionals interested in future opportunities, including Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, Lead Quality Engineer, and SDET roles. In these positions, you will collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC, supporting technologies that help bring life‑changing therapies to patients faster.

  • Quality Engineer

  • Senior Quality Engineer

  • Lead Quality Engineer

  • Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and scalable automation frameworks

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria

  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation

  • Execute automated, exploratory, and regression testing

  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

  • Contribute to improving test coverage, execution speed, and automation efficiency

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives

  • Support regulatory and compliance standards where applicable

What We Look For
  • Experience in software quality engineering or test automation

  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar

  • Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow preferred

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#

  • Experience working in Agile development environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, medical imaging, or other regulated environments preferred
