The Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead testing strategy and delivery across complex banking and payments programs. This role involves overseeing quality engineering practices, ensuring robust testing frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution across banking and payments initiatives
Oversee test design, automation, and execution to ensure high-quality delivery
Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define acceptance criteria and quality standards
Manage defects, risks, and reporting, ensuring transparency across stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and frameworks
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in QA leadership within banking, payments, or financial services
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test automation, and quality engineering practices
Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile and/or DevOps delivery environments
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points For
Experience with payments platforms, digital banking, or transaction processing systems
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
Exposure to performance or security testing practices
Relevant certifications in QA, Agile, or testing frameworks

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
