Document QA/QC findings clearly and consistently, including deficiencies, required rework, and recommendations for resolution
Issue corrective action requests and work directly with trade allies to support timely and compliant resolution of quality issues

Support development and refinement of QA/QC metrics, sampling strategies, thresholds, and reporting tools
Collaborate with the Trade Ally Network Manager, Project Coordinator, and other program staff to address quality‑related risks and improve overall delivery performance
Provide input to client reporting related to quality performance, trends, and corrective actions
Maintain accurate QA/QC records in program systems and tracking tools
Travel throughout Ontario as required (approximately 30–50% of the time) to support field inspections and contractor engagement
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
2+ years of progressive experience in residential construction, retrofit delivery, quality inspection, or related field‑based roles
Ability to travel 30–50% of the time across Ontario
