Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – QA-Automation to lead and scale enterprise-wide quality engineering practices within a fast-paced banking environment. This role will drive automation-first testing strategies, ensure regulatory-compliant software delivery, and lead high-performing QA teams across complex digital and core banking platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in automation frameworks, leadership experience, and domain knowledge in banking/financial services.

Required Qualifications / Experience:
• 12–18+ years in QA/Test Engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale QA automation initiatives in banking/financial services.
• Demonstrated success in transforming manual QA teams into automation-first organizations.

Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in programming languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• API testing tools
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Domain Knowledge
• Deep understanding of banking systems, payment processing, and financial regulations.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI/ML in testing (self-healing automation, predictive analytics).
• Knowledge of micro services architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to test data management and service virtualization tools.
