We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team on a short-term contract engagement. In this role, you'll build automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and enhance the user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional engineering and infrastructure teams to develop scalable applications and automation capabilities that support critical technology operations.

What does success look like in this role?

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and modern full stack development practices.
  • Build scalable applications that improve operational efficiency and automate security and infrastructure workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop new features to support evolving business and project needs.
  • Integrate applications with REST APIs and other enterprise services.
  • Ensure application reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability through clean, well-tested code.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Maintain compliance with security standards and support timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
  • Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) processes by implementing automation that improves monitoring, operational consistency, and service reliability.
  • Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives as new technologies and services are introduced.

Sounds great, but do my skills fit?

  • Professional experience developing applications using Python or equivalent programming languages.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience building, testing, and troubleshooting automation solutions using REST APIs.
  • Experience working with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of authentication and security protocols such as OAuth.
  • Experience developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience conducting peer code reviews.
  • Experience creating test plans and automated test cases.
  • Experience building dashboards or visualizations using Python or JavaScript libraries.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure automation, security operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments.
