The OpportunityIn this pivotal role as the PTT Business Insights & Data Steward, you will serve as the architect of data integrity and reporting insights for the PTT-SRO team. Your mission is to treat data as a strategic asset, ensuring it is defined, trusted, and accessible across the organization.
Establish and lead a comprehensive reporting platform and dashboard to provide real-time insights into project and portfolio health through proactive trend analytics.
Act as the primary Business Data Steward, defining and maintaining data definitions within the business glossary to ensure a single source of truth.
Serve as the "digital translator," bridging the gap between business functions like Engineering and MSAT and technical IT partners to execute our digital roadmap.
Monitor and enforce rigorous PMO data compliance, ensuring that project data hygiene consistently meets stage-gate and quality requirements.
Drive data quality remediation by performing root-cause analysis on data issues and collaborating with project leaders to correct inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the global Domain Data Steward network to implement robust data governance policies and manage the full lifecycle of PTT data domains.
Champion a culture of data literacy by providing training and guidance on new digital tools, ensuring the organization views "data as an asset."
You are a data-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of technical architecture and business strategy, with a passion for driving excellence in the pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape.
You possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Information Management, complemented by at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
You are an expert in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, specifically within Engineering or MSAT, and have a proven background in managing complex data environments.
You demonstrate a deep understanding of Data Governance principles, including Master Data Management (MDM) and the application of FAIR data principles.
You are highly skilled in data analytics and visualization tools, with the ability to mine new data sources and translate technical findings for executive decision-making.
You possess the communication prowess to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences, from the shop floor to senior leadership.
You are a collaborative partner capable of navigating a global matrix organization and influencing stakeholders across PTT, PTE, and IT without direct authority.
You are a visionary leader committed to fostering an inclusive environment and are willing to travel up to 10% for industry events and networking.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 136,936.00 and 179,728.50 of hiring range.
