Purpose:

The Pension Risk Transfer Actuarial Associate III supports the PRT pricing team by performing advanced actuarial modeling and financial analysis related to product pricing, reserves, and reinsurance transactions. Contributes to model development, process execution, and financial projections while collaborating with senior actuaries and cross-functional partners. Works with minimal supervision on defined assignments and escalates complex, cross functional, or strategic issues to senior actuaries.


Accountabilities:

  • Perform actuarial modeling within the PRT pricing platform
  • Develop and maintain projection models for cash flow, reserves, and financial reporting
  • Prepare analysis to support pricing discussions and management review
  • Support reinsurance transactions and financial impact analysis
  • Assist with model validation, documentation, and governance activities
  • Contribute to process enhancements and operational improvement


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or related field
  • ASA obtained or significant exam progress
  • 4-6 years relevant actuarial experience
  • Experience in pricing, valuation, or retirement products preferred
  • Strong modeling and communication skills



Annual Salary for this role is market competitive.  Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.  Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
