Interested in joining one of Canada’s top performing asset managers? We are looking for a Proposal Analyst for an existing vacancy in our Proposal and Consultant Database Team. You will be part of a group of energetic, social individuals who work as a team and want to succeed! Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week.

What You Will Do
  • Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates; this involves working closely with subject matter experts from all business areas.
  • Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to the existing RFP responses. 
  • Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required.
What You Bring
  • You have a Finance Degree or equivalent and a genuine interest for the investment industry.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success. Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
  • You can articulate yourself clearly verbally and written and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
  • You are committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
  • You are a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
