We’re looking for a Project Specialist who is responsible for managing the day to day creative

process of the creative team and accountable for overseeing workflow and ensuring successful

end to end execution. The successful candidate will be a hyper organized, detail-oriented lover

of organization with a proven track record of project management and a real appreciation for

how the right process supports creative success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end creative process from concepting, production, to final deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and creative teams, ensuring all project details are gathered for successful execution.
  • Oversee the tactical asset briefing process, including planning, vetting briefs, project setup, and obtaining approvals.
  • Assist in identifying workflow and tool improvements to elevate team efficiency and creative output.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of project management tools, including Hive.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and open to learning new systems as needed.
  • Familiarity with project management tools for managing tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to source information, obtain approvals, and build relationships effectively.
