Support the projects teams in feeding and keeping up to date the projects risk registers. Run regular review sessions with the project teams and compute the necessary risk indicators (QRA) using the appropriate tools.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Establish metrics for monitoring project risks and develop regular reporting mechanisms to communicate risk status to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and enhance the risk management framework based on lessons learned from completed projects and industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with PMOs, risk managers, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution. Work with the Project Data Management group to integrate risk data into the global project data flow and cloud architecture.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to project teams and PMOs on risk management processes and tools to ensure effective implementation of the framework.
Who you are:
- A strong communicator: You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
